We’ve got some of our guys camped in line at the Palo Alto Apple store waiting for the iPhone 4S, but what about you readers? Are any of you tempted Siri? She listens and understands, which is more than you can say for most phones, and a lot of people. Yeah, the exterior and display are identical to the iPhone 4, but the processor has been upgraded to dual core and the camera has some new optics and an 8 megapixel sensor. Along with a few new features in iOS 5, like the notification center, it looks like the iPhone 4S will be a nicely polished product – at least that’s what the early reviews have been saying.
Currently, AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint are sold out, so if you haven’t preordered, you’ll have to wait a few weeks for new stock to come in. I’d be really curious to know how many iPhone 4 owners are itching to upgrade, or if the vast majority are 3G or 3GS owners who weren’t quite ready to make the upgrade last year.
