Samsung is preparing to launch a successor to the Champ touchscreen phone. Like the original device, the Champ 2 will also cater to first-time phone buyers, offering touchscreen experience for next to nothing.
Specs wise, the new Champ (C3330) is said to sport a 2-megapixel camera, 2.4-inch QVGA display with stylus pen support, Bluetooth 3.0, FM radio, 3.5mm headset jack, 1000mAh battery and a memory card slot. When it comes to pre-installed apps, expect ChatON instant messaging client, media player and Samsung Apps store support from where you will be able to install 3rd party applications…
And that’s about all we have at the moment. Exact release date is unknown and so is the price. As soon as we hear something new, you’ll be the first to know. Stay tuned in the meantime, k?
