Amazon has once again lowered the price of Verizon’s Motorola Droid Bionic, now selling it for $119. Of course, a new two-year contract is required but that’s like given these days. And that’s still much lower than $249, which is the phone’s price at Verizon’s website.
Now, we all know Verizon will soon start selling the Droid RAZR that we also know as the “world’s thinnest smartphone” as well as the Nexus Galaxy, both of which are better in some ways than the Droid Bionic. Actually, RAZR is only thinner than the Bionic, while the rest of the specs are pretty much identical. That said, the Bionic is still one of the best smartphones in the Big Red’s portfolio and grabbing it for 120 bucks makes perfect sense… except if you want the Galaxy Nexus, which is, well, much better and it runs Android Ice Cream Sandwich.
The choice is yours. If you do want to check out Amazon’s Droid Bionic offering, you can do that from this page.
