So you like to have your smartphones rooted. That gives you the sense of really owning a device and you’re able to change every aspect of the phone or tablet, not just a theme. Now you also happen to be one of the lucky Droid RAZR owners but up until this point, you couldn’t “make it yours.”
The good news is that now there’s a way to root the Droid RAZR. The bad news is that a custom recovery is still not available, making the process of rooting a one-way street. We don’t like that idea but we’re glad to see that the progress has been made and that we won’t have to wait for too long to get the SBF file as well.
That said nothing stops you from rooting your RAZR this very second. If you know what you’re doing, please proceed. However, you can’t blame IntoMobile or any of its editors if something goes wrong. I would suggest waiting for additional few weeks when first feedbacks are in and few things are polished. In the meantime, you are free to join the conversation at Droidforums. 😉
