Black Friday BlackBerry sales rounded up

Black Friday is upon us, and if you aren’t already knee-deep in the sales, let us help you out.

BlackBerry devices are on sale across the board, but the big one is the $200 16 GB BlackBerry PlayBook sale. That’s been going for a few weeks now, so stock might be tricky, but right now the best bet is to mail order it direct from RIM at ShopBlackBerry.com. Apply the coupon code “09OLTY12″, and you can even knock another $10 off. Of course, brick-and-mortar retailers are selling the $200 PlayBook too, and I’ve even heard from a friend who bought one on Bell before the sale went on, and he got reimbursed $300.  Even if stores are out of stock, higher-capacity models are going for pretty reasonable prices ($299 for 32 GB, $399 for 64 GB). Here’s a full list and links to where you can pick up cheap PlayBooks. Retail stores are running these sales until December 3, but Sprint’s sale is over on November 27 – it’s probably safe to assume most carriers are in the same boat.

There are also a handful of sales on BlackBerry smartphones, too. Best Buy’s sales are rolling until November 28, and include the AT&T Torch 9810 for free on contract (also available at Radio Shack until tomorrow), $50 off prepaid BlackBerry smartphones starting tomorrow, and $99 for the Bold 9900 / 9930 on AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon starting on Sunday. Costco has the almost same sale on the Bold, and will be available until November 29, but their prices vary. The AT&T model is going for $50, the Verizon version is going for $90, and T-Mobile’s is $150. If you’re more interested in all-touch, Wirefly is selling the Torch 9850 from Verizon for $0 on contract, and $50 for the Sprint modelAmazon is selling pretty much every BlackBerry model for a penny on contract, if you’re looking for a one-stop shop.
Canadians may be interested in the older BlackBerry Bold 9780, which has been slashed to $199.99 off-contract from Mobilicity. Rogers is also liquidating some older stock with 1-year contracts, including the Curve 8900 for $39.90.
Anyway, that’s about all I’ve managed to dig up, but if you find any other big BlackBerry sales going on this weekend, feel free to leave a tip in the comments!
