Archos unveiled an updated version of its 10-inch 101 G9 Android Honeycomb tablet simply called 101 G9 TURBO. That “TURBO” stands for additional 200MHz in CPU speed and 8GB more of built-in storage — the predecessor rocks a dual-core 1GHz processor and 8GB of storage, while this new model comes with slightly faster 1.2GHz CPU (still dual-core) and built-in storage capacity of 16GB. The additional bells and whistles translate into a 30 GBP premium – or 299 GBP.
And while that sounds kinda fair I can’t actually recommend the Archos tablet to anyone. Simply put – there are better options out there, most notably Honeycomb tablets made by the likes of Samsung and Motorola. Then again it is said that every product has its buyer, so the question is – are you one of them? You can always check out the Archos 101 G9 TURBO from this page.
