Our European readers, especially those in the UK, will be glad to know that one of the most popular low-cost airlines, EasyJet, now has its own Android app. Available as a free download, the application allows travelers to find a flight and then book it, all while on the go.
But that’s not all. You can also log in to view your EasyJet travel details, edit your passport information, change flight, as well as add flight options like bags, sports equipment and/or Speedy Boarding (so you’ll be among the first on the plane). Moreover, flight status tracking is also included, providing you with the “most up to date flight information in your hand.”
Finally, EasyJet says this is just a start with more functions coming soon. If I had to guess, they’ll also include low-cost hotels and car-rentals to the application, eventually offering all of the features from their website to the Android community…
