Anyone still excited about the Motorola Droid X2? I know I’m not, but then again – I’m a geek and I’m definitely not in C Spire’s targeted market (plus I don’t live in the States). For those who do live in the coverage are of the operator, another Android option emerged – Milestone X2, which essentially is the same phone Verizon is offering as the Droid X2. C Spire’s “version” doesn’t have the DROID word in its name, cause that name is reserved by the Big Red carrier.
Anyway, C Spire is selling Moto’s baby for $99.99 after a $50 reward card (rebate) and with a new two-year contract. The device should already be in their stores, while it’s out of stock at the carrier’s website. So if you want one urgently and don’t want to drive to the local store, give them a call and see if they can “do something for you.” Or you can check out this page at C Sprire’s website and hope there’s a unit waiting at the time you’re reading this…
