AT&T’s Ralph de la Vega invited Steve Ballmer onto the stage to talk about Microsoft’s upcoming LTE Windows Phone handsets. AT&T will kick off its lineup with the high-end HTC Titan II, one of the first high-speed WP handsets to land in the US.

The Titan II is the next version of the Titan, one of the first handsets to launch with Windows Phone Mango. The Titan II will have a whopping 4.7-inch WVGA display, a 1.5 GHZ Snapdragon processor, 4G LTE support, a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, and a 16-megapixel, wide-angle front-facing camera with 720P HD recording. No launch date was announced, but the Titan II is expected to land in the first half of 2012.
