Mobilicity will join (as announced on Twitter) other Canadian carriers which offer the Samsung Galaxy Nexus. Price is unknown at the moment, but we do know the launch date – it’s set for February 6th, when our Canadian readers will have one more option to choose from to get the world’s first Ice Cream Sandwich smartphone.
But wait, we’re free to speculate more on this. You see, if Mobilicity is getting the Galaxy Nexus, something tells us WIND and Videotron will join this trend too, offering the same hot smartphone to its customers. Which leads us to conclusion – when more operators offer the same device, the price (usually) goes down — except if we’re talking about the Apple iPhone, that is. Let’s hope the competition will do its magic here.
