The brand new LG Optimus L3, you know the entry-level Android smartphone that actually doesn’t look like a cheap Chinese toy, is heading to Europe with select markets getting it by the end of this month. After European consumers got to taste this low-end device, the next stop is Russia, followed by Asia.

If you’ve missed our previous post on the L3, you should know it comes with a 3.2-inch screen, 3-megapixel camera, 800MHz dual-core processor, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, microSD memory card slot, while Android 2.3 Gingerbread is running the show. All in all, it’s a decent choice for the first-time smartphone buyers to get a glimpse of Google’s mobile OS without breaking a bank. That said, we however don’t know the price of an unlocked L3, but something tells us it won’t cost more than 200 EUR. On a carrier contract, it will be offered for free with some not that expensive plan…
