If you’re a U.S.-based Virgin Mobile customer you were probably cursing for the last few days, because your calls and texts couldn’t get through. The outage has been resolved and if you’re still experiencing issues, the carrier suggests removing the battery and restarting your device.
Virgin Mobile USA turned to social media (Facebook and Twitter) to spread the good news, and we hope we won’t have to read anything similar in the near future — i.e. they won’t have to apologize for the outage because there won’t be one. 😉
