Two of HTC’s new Android smartphones, One X and One S, are now up for pre-order at Vodafone UK. The Big Red carrier is offering both devices for free to anyone willing to commit on a somewhat expensive two-year contract.
The One S is offered free of charge with a two-year contract on 36 GBP/month plan that includes 600 minutes, unlimited texts and 1GB of data. Its more expensive and more powerful brother, One X, costs 5 GBP more per month (also on a two-year contract) and that tariff comes with additional 300 minutes (for a total of 900).
Of course, there are many other options to choose from some of which require certain amount of cash upfront for lower monthly payments afterwards.
