China Mobile will launch an LTE network in Hong Kong on Wednesday, April 25. The world’s largest mobile operator by the number of subscribers will join CSL, which is already offering 4G services there.
Pricing of the services was still not announced though China Mobile said it will unveil that information in the next few days.
As for the compatible devices, some 20 LTE smartphones and tablets will be released in Hong Kong during the year, including the HTC Velocity 4G (which is already available through CSL), LG Optimus True HD LTE, and most-likely Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE and Galaxy S II LTE…
