The current volume of patent litigation between technology companies is staggering. It seems every day there is another lawsuit, another decision or another import ban. You really can’t appreciate the tangled web of lawsuits from the individual news stories, you have to see it to believe it. Thanks to Visual.ly and its latest infographic, we now can get a glimpse of the patent transfers and patent litigation that dominate the tech world. Not surprisingly, it appears that Apple is at the center of this universe and has the most activity when you combine incoming and outgoing litigation.
