The Samsung Galaxy S III is now available for pre-order at three of the five US carriers that are selling the phone. Verizon and Sprint offer both the 16GB and 32GB models, with pricing set at $199 for the 16GB model and $249 for the 32GB model (prices include a two-year customer agreement). AT&T is offering only the 16GB model for $199 with a contract. Color options for the carriers include Marble white and Pebble blue. Red, an exclusive color for AT&T customers, is not part of the pre-order.

According to AT&T, the Galaxy S III will ship on June 18th, while Sprint says it will start filling pre-orders on June 21st. Verizon’s checkout process confirms its Galaxy S III handsets will ship no later than July 9th. T-Mobile, which isn’t doing a pre-order, will begin selling the device on June 21st.

Anyone securing a pre-order today? If so, let us know which model and carrier you chose.
