If you’ve been wanting to get your hands on a Samsung Galaxy Note via T-Mobile, it looks like you don’t have much longer to wait. A press shot of a T-Mobile branded Galaxy Note has leaked out, and rumor has it that the popular tablet/phone hybrid will be making its way to Magenta shelves on July 11th.
At the beginning of the month, Samsung stated that the company has already moved over 7 million Galaxy Notes, which is impressive for a device of its kind. The Note is a large device, and we’re pretty sure Samsung didn’t think it was going to take off the way it did. Well, lucky for them, the Note is selling well and having it on another carrier in the US should boost the sales even more.
Said to be rocking HSPA+ on the newly acquired spectrum that AT&T handed over and AWS, T-Mobile’s version of the handset doesn’t look any different from other versions, with the exception of T-Mobile’s logo on the front.
While we’re definitely excited to see the Galaxy Note land on another US carrier, some of you may want to hold out until October, which is when the successor of the original Note is rumored to be announced. While rumors are just rumors, the Galaxy Note 2 may be rocking a 5.5 inch display that’s “unbreakable” and have a resolution of 1680 x 1050. Then again, it could take a long time for the Note 2 to make its way to T-Mobile’s portfolio of devices.
This may not have been the first time we’ve seen a T-Mobile branded Galaxy Note, but we do know that it’s on its way.
