These days, everyone and there mama are making devices with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon S4 SoC. LG is also taking part in this trend with NTT Docomo about to start selling the Korean company’s S4-powered smartphone in Japan.
The name of the device is Optimus it (model number L-05D), and it’s a solid mid-ranger with specs that include the mentioned dual-core processor, 4-inch 480×800 IPS touchscreen, 8-megapixel rear camera, VGA front-facing one, 1GB of RAM, LTE and Wi-Fi connectivity, 8GB of built-in storage, while Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich is running the show.
It is said that the Japan’s largest operator will start selling this baby on June 30th, offering it in few color options, including white, black, pink and purple. In case you wonder, we’ve no idea whether the Optimus it will ever be released outside of the Land of the rising Sun. And honestly, we don’t care that much since LG has much better devices anyway…
