Samsung knows hardware isn’t the long-term bet due to falling margins, hence it keeps expanding its portfolio of apps and services. The latest such endeavor is the S Health app, which was announced at the time when the Galaxy S III was officially launched. As you can imagine, it [app] allows users to record health-related information like weight, blood pressure, blood sugar level, calories and then access it when needed. The S Health will compile a nice health chart and even allow users to share this information with friends and family using popular social networks. Moreover, the application can also work with Bluetooth-enabled accessories to handle the input of data.
Samsung S Health is launched in seven countries, including UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, South Korea and United States. It can be downloaded from the Samsung Apps store or via More Services app…
