Nokia has teamed-up with NAMCO BANDAI to bring the publisher’s 22 classic games to the Asha Touch devices. In total, 22 games will be released to Nokia Store including PAC-MAN RIDGE RACER Drift, Flight Control, SOULCALIBUR, ACE COMBAT NORTHERN WINGS, Final Fantasy, RIDGE RACER Drift, BRAIN EXERCISE with Dr. Kawashima and GALAGA Special Edition. As far as we’ve understood some titles are already available for download, whereas some others will be released shortly with prices ranging from 99 cents to $2.99.

Nokia Asha Touch devices — including the Asha 305, Asha 306 and Asha 311 — are feature phones that are touted to provide smartphone-like experience to consumers on a budget. They offer touch user interface that combines “the proven ease-of-use from Nokia’s heritage with digital design innovations specifically fit for the purpose.”

Nokia Store has just broken the 5 billion downloads landmark. From January to April, 42% of all content downloaded from Nokia Store was delivered to Asha and other Nokia devices based on the Java ecosystem.
