As rumored, Sprint will be launching a white version of the EVO 4G LTE this Sunday. Following in the steps of the EVO 4G and the EVO 3D before it, the white version of HTC’s latest EVO handset might be a little more appealing than the original handset’s color scheme, which not too many people were fond of.

The EVO 4G LTE is a powerful handset that rocks the latest and greatest version of HTC Sense, dual-core Snapdragon S4 CPU, and a great camera to boot, making it one of the two most powerful handsets in Sprint’s portfolio alongside the Samsung Galaxy S III. Throwing in the white version should definitely make the handset see a boost in sales, as the EVO 4G LTE has never looked more slick.

While Sprint will be livin’ it up with the white EVO 4G LTE, AT&T is also getting an exclusive color for the Galaxy S III – in red. Both handsets deserve some extra attention, even if they are just the same phone coming in different colors. That said, Sprint will be offering the white EVO 4G LTE in retail stores, where AT&T will be putting the red Galaxy S III up for purchase online only.

Even though the EVO 4G LTE has been around for a couple of months at this point, we could imagine that customers will have their interests piqued again with the sexy handset all dressed up in white.
