It seems that Sprint will soon make the Samsung Epic 4G Touch — aka its version of the Galaxy S II — available to the Boost Mobile users. The information comes from Phandroid which talks about a user agent profile that has surfaced over at Sprint’s servers showing a device called the SPH-D710BST. The “D710″ part marks the original Epic 4G Touch’s model number and “BST” obviously stands for Boost Mobile.

All said, it’s not like we’re surprised to see something like this happening — Now Network is known to send some phones that are no longer “hot” to its prepaid brands like Boost and Virgin. Unfortunately, we don’t know the date when you’ll be able to get Sammy’s last-year superphone from Boost Mobile but we’ll definitely keep watching this. Stay tuned in the meantime, k?
