Remember Lenovo’s Transformer-like tablet which we first saw at CES in Las Vegas? The IdeaTab S2 as it used to be know — and now it’s called IdeaTab S2110 — is now available from Lenovo’s website for $343. That money gets you the 16GB model, with the one packing 32 gigs of built-in storage costing $375. Moreover, the ever-useful keyboard dock won’t break your bank either and will take just $56 out of your pocket — that’s “just” compared to Asus’ keyboard dock which sells for $99. Aside from making your typing faster, it will also give your tablet an extra juice, two full-sized USB port and a full-sized SD card slot.
Specs wise, the IdeaTab S2110 packs Qualcomm’s dual-core Snapdragon S4 SoC, 5-megapixel rear-facing camera, 1.3-megapixel front-facing one, 10.1-inch IPS display, Wi-Fi and optional 3G connectivity, dual speakers and SRS TruMedia audio enhancement, while Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich is running the show.
In a nutshell, $400 gets you the 16GB model with keyboard dock. Pretty cool, don’t you think?
