Tired of going out of your way to hit up your local ATM to deposit a check? Well, Bank of America just updated its iOS application to version 4.0.392. This upgrade brings a slew of new interesting features, such as giving bank customers the ability to make check deposits and send money to others by way of the recipient’s mobile number or email address. Here’s the full changelog below:
- Make check deposits
- Choose the BankAmeriDealsTM you want, and earn cash back
- Receive Bank of America Alerts as push notifications
- Securely send money to others, using their mobile number or email address*
The only caveat is customers don’t get to send money to others until they accept the terms and conditions during enrollment on the bank’s online website. If you don’t already have the app, make sure you head over to the iTunes App Store here.
