Some Sprint customers in Boston are enjoying a boost in their network connectivity speeds thanks to early testing of the carrier’s 4G LTE network, says a report in PhoneArena. At least one Sprint customer in Boston is supposedly connecting to the carrier’s nascent LTE network and seeing download speeds of 6 Mbps and upload speeds of 8Mbps. Similar testing of Sprint’s LTE network was also reported earlier this week in Silicon Valley.

Sprint launched its LTE network last month and now offers the service in 15 markets across Texas and Georgia.
