Remember the LS970 aka Eclipse? It has been caught at the FCC hinting us both LG and Sprint are gearing toward the official launch. As you may recall from our previous post, we’re talking about the best Android smartphone LG has ever made, sporting a quad-core Krait processor, 4.7-inch HD screen and LTE connectivity. Moreover, we’re hearing it will also pack 2GB of RAM along with other “standard for a high-end Android smartphone” goodies like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, dual cameras, sensors and so on.
The launch date is still a mystery but we do hope to see it officially unveiled at some point this fall. With FCC’s seal of approval one more hurdle has been cleared and I guess it’s now about testing and timing. We’ll make sure to follow this story and get back to you as soon as we hear something new…
