Dolphin passes Facebook’s Ringmark test, launches new beta of Dolphin Engine

Folks behind the popular third-party browser Dolphin proudly announced that their baby is the first application to reach Ring 2 (the last of three rings) in Ringmark, Facebook’s mobile browser test suite.

At the same time, Dolphin launched a new version of the Dolphin Engine (Beta v1.0.6), which is said to be faster and more stable. You can see how that Ringmark “game” went from the video below.

Has this convinced you to (finally) download Dolphin Browser? You should try it out by all means. It’s a default browser on my phone and I can’t suggesting it enough – you’ll love the tabs, add-ons and gestures, and pretty much forget the default option. ;)
