Evernote Food got nice update with both iOS and Android apps getting the new features.
First there’s the improved sharing to Facebook, with your entries now appearing in the timeline. In the previous versions of the application, the post would have a small thumbnail accompanied by some descriptive text and now your meals can really shine as Evernote Food will allow you to select which image gets the large treatment.
The second new feature deals with Twitter, bringing shortened URLs to the mix. Evernote relies on its note.io domain to make your tweets as short as possible.
Then, there are improved Related Notes which are now much more accurate. If you haven’t seen this before, simply scroll down to the bottom of your meal to see what similar dishes you’ve had before.
Finally, Evernote Food also got a number of under-the-hood updates and tweaks, making the app faster and more reliable. Apparently, you should notice that everything is much snappier after the update…
