The upcoming LG Optimus G has been caught in the wild, with Mexican website AndroidMX posting pictures of it on its website. Here we’re sharing those photos so you know what to expect. In a nutshell, if released soon – the Optimus G will be the best smartphone ever, boasting a quad-core processor (Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro), LTE connectivity and 2 GB of RAM. Additionally, this baby will also pack a 13-megapixel camera, 4.7-inch IPS HD screen, while Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich will run show (upgradable to Jelly Bean, no doubts about it).

LG had serious problems with timely releases often announcing awesome phones before other handset makers only to make them available at such later date that no one cares about them afterwards. Hopefully, they’ve learned from those mistakes so we won’t have to wait for too long to test out their latest superphone. It’s definitely a promising product, one that could put LG back to the map (of high-end products), big time…
