Sears is offering the ASUS Transformer Pad TF300 along with a free keyboard dock for $400. As you probably already know, the TF300 isn’t cool as the Infinity Pad, but it’s pretty awesome nevertheless, sporting NVIDIA’s Tegra 3 quad-core processor, 10.1-inch 1280×800 pixels screen, Wi-Fi, dual cameras, while Ice Cream Sandwich Jelly Bean is running the show. The keyboard dock, on the other hand, not only makes typing much more comfortable but also includes USB ports, SD card reader and a big battery, making sure you don’t run out of juice that quickly.

In a nutshell, it’s a must-check deal for everyone lookin’ for a decent Android tablet. You can get more information from this page at Sears’ website

My god, the timing on this post could not have been more perfect for me. I just bought a Chromebook in lieu of a good tablet because the options in Bellevue are so shitty, but I’ve decided to take it back. Now I see this and I know what I’m spending my day doing.

It’s a lie, they don’t have them in stock, never did for the sale, and will not honor the deal even though they did not say subject to limited quantities on hand. I intend to file all the complaints I can and maybe a small claims lawsuit to discourage this type of bait and switch/false advertising.

Take the deal to Best Buy. They honored the free dock.

I ordered this deal over the phone and the lady on the phone told me that the dock was included, but of course, when i went to pick it up today, no dock. Nobody had any clue about this deal. Now I’m going to raise hell with Sears.
