Samsung is about to add another member to its Duos family of devices – Galaxy Y Duos Lite, model number S5302. Obviously that “Lite” part indicates this is a lower end model (when compared to the original Galaxy Y Duos), made for emerging markets of the world.
Specs wise, it comes with a 2.8-inch QVGA screen, 2-megapixel camera on the back, 832MHz processor, 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity, 2GB of internal memory that can be further expanded with microSD cards, while Android 2.3 Gingerbread is running the show.
Price was not unveiled though we’ll have to guess it will retail for some $100-$150 sans any strings attached. At the moment, the Galaxy Y Duos has a spot at India’s retailer Flipkart, though as we said, they don’t mention the price…
