Both 7-inch Kindle Fire models are now available for pre-ordering from Amazon UK. The “old” model with 1024×600 pixels resolution screen could be yours for 129 GBP, while HD version starts at 159 GBP, which is the price of the Kindle Fire HD with 16GB of storage. The 32 gig tablet could be yours for additional 40 pounds.
In terms of when you’ll get your tablet if you pre-order today, Amazon UK lists October 25th as the release date, adding that orders are prioritized on a first come, first serve basis.
Unfortunately, the large 8.9-inch Kindle Fire HD still doesn’t have its spot at Amazon’s website; guess Brits will have to wait a little longer to get it. In the meantime, if you wanted a 7-inch model anyway, you can secure your unit from here.
