Canada’s Bell Mobility is preparing to join the Windows Phone 8 game and will launch two devices running Microsoft’s mobile platform. Nokia Lumia 920, however, is not on the list. An email conversation with the Assistant to the President of Bell Mobility states that the carrier “will be supporting the Windows Phone 8 release in Canada with two new devices from leading manufacturers. At this time we are not planning to carry the Nokia Lumia 920.”
What about Lumia 820? We’ve no idea. We also don’t know whether the Samsung ATIV S will be included though we do hope that will be the case.
Bell aside, we’re pretty confident other operators in the country will join the Windows Phone 8 craze and we’ll let you know as soon as we hear something new on that front.
