The hot-new Motorola Razr HD will apparently hit Europe by the end of this month. According to FrAndroid, two of the largest mobile operators in France, Orange and SFR, will start offering the Android smartphone in the next few weeks. Unfortunately, we still don’t have the price tag, but I would guess both carriers will offer the device for next to nothing (or free) to anyone willing to commit on a pricey contract.

Meanwhile, we know how much Motorola will ask for the RAZR HD in Germany – 549 EUR (about $719). That money gets you the phone from O2, which scored exclusive launch rights.

Now we would think the price will be the same across all EU markets, but the fact is that it can vary from market to market, depending on local taxes, size of the market and other variables.

Again, the RAZR HD rocks a 4.7-inch 720p HD screen, Qualcomm’s dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor clocked at 1.5 GHz, 1GB of RAM, 8-megapixel camera, 16GB of built-in storage and so on,
