All controversies aside, EE will bring 4G LTE connectivity to the UK this month. Formerly Everything Everywhere, EE’s LTE network will go live in 10 cities across the UK on October 31st, with 6 more locations getting LTE by the end of the year. With the total of 16 cities with LTE coverage by the end of 2012, EE claims their network will cover over one-third of the UK population, which the company plans to expand to a 98% coverage level by the end of 2013.

EE will offer multiple LTE devices at launch, with the iPhone 5, Samsung Galaxy S III, HTC One XL, Nokia Lumia 820 and 920, and the Huawei Ascend P1 LTE all available later this year. You can check whether your city will be getting LTE coverage on EE’s coverage website.
