We know that AT&T will sell the HTC One X+ in the US, and in Canada – TELUS will get that honor. As you know, the updated version of the One X smartphone comes with a faster 1.7GHz NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor, bigger 2100mAh battery, and a slightly improved front-facing camera which sensor now counts 1.6 megapixels — the original HTC One X has a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. Other than that, everything else is in the software with One X+ shipping with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and HTC Sense 4+ UI.

We’ve no information when will TELUS launch the new phone nor how much the device will cost. If I had to guess, the One X+ will go for some $150-$200 on a way-too-long 3-year contract. And when it comes to Canadian carriers, you’re always better off grabbing an unlocked device and use it with a network of your choice. Sure it costs much more upfront, but you don’t have to wait for 3 long years for your contract to expiry…
