T-Mobile launching ISIS Mobile Wallet pilot on October 22

T-Mobile will start its Mobile Wallet pilot on Monday, October 22nd or at least TMOnews‘ sources suggest so. According to them, the Magenta carrier’s trial will begin in Salt Lake City, Utah and Austin, Texas with select group of customers owning Samsung Galaxy S III or Galaxy S Relay 4G smartphones with a special SIM card.

Each of the participants will get a special offer for up to $25 in “ISIS cash,” $10 of which comes with the ISIS activation and another $15 if you convert the ISIS cash card to a reloadable prepaid card.

It’s also worth adding that the promo image says that “device [used with the ISIS Mobile] cannot be rooted.” Not that we didn’t expected this…
