Some time ago we’ve shown you Mobiado’s concept phone made out of marble. At that time, it looked pretty cool though we weren’t sure something like that will ever be released. Think again, as the luxury phone maker is getting closer to launching something similar.
According to Mobiado, the first Grand Touch Executive phone based on CPT001 concept is in works and will be made from a “hybrid stone material.” We still can’t show you the working phone, but the company released a photo displaying a stone chassis and a collection of parts.
Sure enough, once this thing is out, most of us won’t be able to buy it. Mobiado is known for serving the 1% (or less) of the market or the folks who want an extravagant device and can actually afford one. We expect the usual sapphire screen, golden screws and other premium materials in the upcoming Grand Touch Executive phone and no, we probably won’t get the chance to test it out. ;(
