HTC is once again moving beyond devices, having launched the Best Deals service in Europe. As you can imagine, using HTC’s new offering, smartphone users will be able to access personalized money-saving deals, categorized by their preferences, interests and location. Preferred deals can then be reviewed, bookmarked or shared; as well as sorted by popularity, discount, price and expiration date.

To make this happen, HTC has built partnerships with 12 leading deal providers, including LivingSocial, Trip Advisor, Qype Deals and Offerum. In total, some 1,700 deals and offers will be available at launch, which will cover five markets: UK, Italy, Germany, France and Spain. Additional deal categories will be added after launch by establishing new partnerships with a number of providers and mobile operators.

The Best Deals application and widget will be available on the HTC One X+, as well as the Windows Phone 8X and 8S. Moreover, the application will also be included in the upcoming software update for the HTC One X and HTC One S.
