Android blog Swedroid grabbed a video of the LG Nexus 4 that was accidentally posted by wireless carrier Three in Sweden. The video gives us a clear look at the finished version of the LG Nexus 4, which looks very similar to Google’s previous Nexus device, the Galaxy Nexus. from Samsung. Besides some eye candy of the phone itself,  the video also shows off Android 4.2 and its new quick settings menu. You can check out the video below and share your thoughts on the Nexus 4 in the comments.

Android 4.2′s UI seems to be pretty attractive, although some of the futures (easy Task Manager access etc.) are already available in other 4.0 -4.1 versions. I don’t see anything new and impressive in the phone though. It seems very thick first of all, screen is smaller than say a S3. Even compared to Galaxy Nexus, I don’t see any apparent improvement.

“I don’t see any apparent improvement [over the galaxy nexus]” – how about, better camera, better screen, better processor, better design…seems like enough of an improvement to me. And when the phone is priced so aggressively at £279 how can you really complain?

  • Beginning of the Android end?

Sad.. The latest and greatest from the Android community, still there is such lag between he sweps his thumb and the browser actually scrolls. If Google themselves can not make it any better then who would be able to get Android up to par with IOS?
