Samsung ATIV S has found a place at Rogers Wireless’ website, where we find the powerful Windows Phone device listed with a price tag of $149.99. That, of course, is the price with a way-too-long 3-year contract which comes as given with Canadian operators.

Again, the ATIV S looks very much like the Samsung Galaxy S III, sporting the same 4.8-inch Super AMOLED HD display, 1GB of RAM and a pack of cameras (8MP on the back, 1.9MP front-facing one). However, the Windows Phone device uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon S4 1.5Ghz dual-core processor, rather than Samsung’s own quad-core Exynos CPU.

Aside from the ATIV S, Rogers’ website also lists other Windows devices, including Nokia Lumia 920 ($99.99), HTC Windows Phone 8X 16 GB ($99.99), HTC Windows Phone 8X 8GB ($49.99), and Samsung ATIV Smart PC ($399.99).
