Samsung has started pushing out Jelly Bean updates to select group of Galaxy Tab 2 owners. First in line to get the latest version of Android are users in France, which are now able to download firmware version XXCLK5, available through Kies or over-the-air. In case you fit the initial group, you can check whether there’s a new software version waiting for download by tapping Settings -> About device -> Software updates; from this screen you should select “Check for updates” and follow the on-screen procedure (presuming something is found).
As for when other parts of the world will be able to play with the Jelly Bean goodies, we think it’s next destination are other parts of Europe and will most likely be widely available by the end of the year…
