Some three weeks ago, we’ve told you that Vodafone and Huawei have started rolling out Ice Cream Sandwich update for the Ascend G300. However, there were some problems with the software, prompting the two companies to get back to it and fix all of the bugs users reported stumbling upon. The new software is scheduled to be released later this week, making your Ascend G300 more stable than ever… Here’s what Vodafone’s rep had to say on the matter:
I’m pleased to say that Huawei will begin rolling out the new G300 software (B952) that will address the broken dictionary issue, from Wednesday 28th November. We’ve tested the other problems you’ve reported and haven’t been able to reproduce them in this new software.
So if you’re in the “affected user group,” make sure to check for updates later in the week…
