Apple confirms China will get the iPhone 5, iPad 4 and iPad mini in December

Apple announced today that its latest iOS products are slated to debut in China starting in December. The Cupertino company will kick off sales with the iPad mini and the fourth generation iPad, both of which will hit retail shelves on Friday, December 7th. The iPhone 5 will arrive two weeks later on December 14th.

Apple has said it plans to expand its offerings in China and now operates seven retail stores in the Asian country. China is an attractive market for Apple and other handset makers as it has over 1.09 billion mobile subscribers.
