Three UK is now selling the 3G/HSPA-enabled version of the Nexus 7, offering it for 49 GBP on a two-year contract with 19.99 GBP/month plan. That cash gets you the 32GB model along with 5GB of data every month which should be enough even for most-demanding users. Plus, you still get to benefit from all those free Wi-Fi networks spurred across the country.

Personally, I prefer Wi-Fi-only models as I don’t want another monthly bill. Then again, I’m pretty much always in a vicinity of some Wi-Fi network and your needs/routines may be different. Plus, you can always buy the 3G-enabled Nexus 7 through an expense account if that counts for something.

So if you’ve no problems signing-up for another carrier contract, want a 7-inch tablet, hop over to Three’s website and look for the Nexus 7 there.
