RIM has been all in the news this morning. First, we reported that the company released a WiFi calling feature within BlackBerry Messenger 7 called BBM Voice. Now the Waterloo company has shown what seems to be a glimpse of its new BlackBerry 10 smartphone in a recent press release. If you look at the picture above, you would see that the rear of the phone looks to have a meshed leather look like that of the Nexus 7. Of course, it’s just speculation, but if RIM were to go with a texture like this it would be popular with users.
This also suggest that Research In Motion has thrown us a curve ball this whole time on the look of its L-Series phones. So every leaked image we’ve seen so far should be forgotten. The company’s January launch is starting to look much more promising.
