Back in October we’ve told you about the Samsung GT-N5100, which at that time got its DLNA certification. Now such a device popped up at GLBenchmark’s website revealing us it could be Sammy’s next Note device. From what we’ve understood, this will be a 7-inch tablet with screen resolution of 1280×800 pixels a la Nexus 7. In addition, it will use Samsung’s own Exynos 4412 quad-core processor clocked at 1.6GHz, while Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean will run the show.

We’re not sure when the Korean company will officially announce the new tablet but with both CES and Mobile World Congress coming soon, the chances are they’ll use one of those two events to unveil the Note 7. Hopefully, Sammy won’t ask too much of a premium for its 7 incher as it needs to compete with the likes of Nexus 7, Amazon Kindle Fire and Nook Tablet. As usual, we’ll make sure you don’t miss a beat and will get back to you with new information as soon as we get it.
