Google is turning its sights on iOS with new web ad campaign that highlights the work the company has done on Apple’s mobile platform.

First reported by 9to5Mac, the short clip is a recruitment video meant to attract potential developers who want join Google’s iOS development team. The ad links to a page that describes the work of Google’s iOS team and encourages people to apply for a job.

As pointed out by GigaOM, this advertising push shows that Google is not only competing against Apple with Android, it is also taking on Apple on its own turf — iOS.
