Huawei will likely unveil not one but multiple devices at the upcoming CES. We’ve heard about their Windows Phone-based devices, Ascend Mate phablet and Ascend D2. The last phone on the list is the company’s next year’s flagship and… (guess)… it has been leaked prior to its official announcement.
As you’ve probably already heard, this will be one of those Android smartphones with a 5-inch full HD screens. The Ascend D2 will also rock a quad-core processor, 13-megapixel camera on the back, 2GB of RAM and a solid 3,000mAh battery. Of course, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean will run the show out of box.
When it comes to the size, Huawei’s baby will be a 9.9mm-thick device with a weight of 170 grams, making it slightly bulkier than ZTE’s Grand S (though it has a bigger battery).
As for the price, we’re hearing the Ascend D2 will sell for 3,299 yuan, which translates into some $530 or 399 EUR…
