BLU Products announced that its next smartphone, Vivo 4.65 HD, will start selling in January. The device will be available for $300 sans any strings attached – in other words, you don’t have to sign a single contract to get one of these.

But what’s inside “one of these,” you may be wondering. The Vivo 4.65 HD, which is a big brother of the earlier model – Vivo 4.3, sports a 4.65-inch HD Super AMOLED screen, 1GB of RAM, MediaTek MT6577 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 8-megapixel rear camera, HSPA and Wi-Fi connectivity, while Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich is running the show. In addition and similarly to its predecessor, this new model also comes without any physical hardware buttons on the front, the fact that apparently makes for a better design. But that’s not all – you see, the Vivo 4.65 also has dual SIM capability, enabling using the phone on two different mobile networks at once.

Finally, when it comes to where can I get one of these, BLU Products will sell its baby in the US, Latin America, and parts of Asia.
